5k numero uno
So today was the first 5k I’ve ever done. I sort of felt like I was going to throw up all morning. I was convinced I would be last, left behind, etc., etc.
But then it started. I was all, I got this. Because I was having fun, and I was with good friends. And I remembered something I saw on here, or elsewhere. I think it’s something @becgetshealthy may have said to me: even walking, we were still going faster than the people on the couch.
